Howard S. Grossman
Managing Partner

Howard is a tested veteran admiralty and maritime law trial lawyer. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and voted as a Super Lawyer for the State of Florida. In addition to his maritime and personal injury experience, he is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Emeritus Specialist in Workers Compensation law.

Howard has been aggressively representing clients throughout Florida in admiralty and maritime claims, Jones Act claims, Longshore & Harbor workers cases, boating and personal watercraft accidents, Defense Base Act claims, medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury and workers' compensation cases for over twenty-four years. He currently serves as the President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and is on the Palm Beach County Bar Association Board.

Timothy C. Nies

Timothy is a maritime and personal injury litigator. Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States. In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large national and international corporations, including cruise lines.

Timothy is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center. Timothy is a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger ( 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment), where he learned to react quickly and under intense pressure; a trait that has assisted him in handling complex and stressful litigation and trials.

Timothy's practice includes the prosecution of cases of cruise passenger injuries, Jones Act claims, Longshore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims, boating and personal watercraft accidents, inadequate security, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.
